6 ways we can help you to launch and manage your business
1. Company Formation
Establishing a company through e-Residency Hub is easy. Your company can have multiple shareholders and board members and you only need 15 minutes to complete the online application. That’s it — leave the rest to us. Once your application is submitted, it usually takes an Estonian court up to three business days to finalise the registration process.
2. Remote administration
Web-based platform to administrate your company’s finances. Handle your purchase invoices, receipts, sales invoices, travel and expense reports hassle-free and online. Sign all documents digitally, using your e-Resident’s ID card.
3. Business banking
Once you have established your company in Estonia, we can help you with selecting a banking option. We partner with TransferWise, Payoneer and LHV Bank, but we can also work with other payment service providers and banks. All our partners offer an IBAN and a bank card.
4. Accounting services
Let’s face it — nobody enjoys accounting. But with e-Residency Hub, you can leave the heavy lifting to us. Upon registration, you will be matched with a personal accountant who will manage your company’s financial statements, book all ongoing transactions, and ensure tax compliance in Estonia. We will even prepare your Annual Report for the Estonian authorities. In addition, you will gain access to our web-based platform to help you easily track your company finances in real time.
5. Mail Processing
Even if you don’t live in Estonia, you can use your Estonian business address to receive mail. Any physical mail sent to your company’s legal address in Estonia will be collected, scanned, and forwarded to you by email. If needed, we can archive hard copies for future reference. This service is especially valuable for important documents like corporate banking cards, which cannot be sent abroad.
6. E-Commerce
We provide full accounting support for companies selling their goods on Amazon.com, using the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) option. We also support other selected e-commerce platforms. If you require VAT registration in another EU country, this can be handled by our partner or through Amazon VAT Services.
